The young people and children of the church did a Litter Pick on Saturday 9th February. Well done on collecting about 50 bags full of rubbish from two areas in Biggleswade.

Mouse from RatatouilleWe had a free showing of the Disney Pixar film Ratatouille ("rat-a-too-ee"!) at 3pm on Tuesday 12th February at the church. Free refreshments!.

Turn on the TapOn Saturday 10th May we joined with the other Biggleswade churches to take part in a walk for Turn on the Tap campaign, to raise awareness of the difficulty many people face to get clean water. The 4 mile walk started from Homebase at 2.00 p.m. and went to Sainsburys and back.

On Friday 23rd May there was a Ladies Pudding Party at the church where there were lots of delicious desserts to try. A great and filling time was had by all!

After the morning service on Sunday 22nd June, we celebrated the 90th birthday of our eldest member, Syd, with a fellowship lunch. It was a great opportunity to eat and enjoy time together, as well as congratulating Syd on his birthday.

On Saturday 28th June it was Biggleswade Carnival and we joined in with other churches to take part with our Narnia-themed float. We had great weather and gave out leaflets and sweets to the watching crowds. We even came first in our category! (Click on a picture to see a larger version)

Braving the English summer weather, we had an open air service on Sunday 17th August, followed by a barbecue. The rain stopped before we started and we had a great time and great food together. Click on the video below to see some pictures from the event.

New Venue for Sunday mornings

The church is growing!! So we have moved to a larger venue for our Sunday morning services. More details are available here.

On Sunday 5th October we celebrated our Harvest Festival with a service which included sketches and songs from the kids and adults. Afterwards, we enjoyed a harvest lunch together.
